How do I reserve my badge?

If you PRE-REGISTER online, bring your QR code on your mobile device, scan it at one of the badge stations and then take your badge, grab a lanyard and your good to go, it’s just that easy. If you don’t pre-register you will be directed to a registration station to enter your information and print your badge.

We strongly encourage all attendees to PRE-REGISTER online to speed up admittance to the show and can be completed via the shows website.

Is there food available at the FAIRPLEX?

There are food vendors located throughout the venues buildings.

Is photography allowed during the show?

There will be a “Photo Spot” at the show where you are encouraged to take photos. If you choose to take selfies at the show please be courteous to those around you.

If you wish to take a picture of a particular exhibitors booth or product inquire with the exhibitor for their permission.

We don’t allow outside photographers/videographers. Exhibitors or Media who would like to photograph the show are asked to contact show management for permission and guidelines.

How much does it cost to attend the show?

The show is free to attend. Pre-registration is strongly recommended to make it easier to receive your badge at the show. Pre-registration can be completed via the shows website.

Who should attend the show?

Any professional involved in the Plumbing, Heating, Air-Conditioning, Backflow, Refrigeration, Hydronics, Fire Sprinklers, Mechanical, Trenchless, Facilities Services, Engineering, Code Officials, Municipalities, Re-modelers and more.

Do I need to be a PHCC member to attend the show?

No, you do not have to be a PHCC member to attend. We welcome you to find out more about PHCC at the PHCC-GLAA pavilion located on the show floor.

Can children attend?

Everyone is welcome to attend the show, however anyone under the age of 18 years must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times when in the exhibit areas.

I’m not in the construction trades, can I still attend?

The Flow Expo is an industry only trade show open to those who work in or with the construction trades or those interested in a career in the trades. The Flow Expo IS NOT a home show and therefore is not promoted to average home or apartment owners.
